Current Owner Title Search is ideal for foreclosure auctions, pre-tax auctions, short sales, by-owner transactions, refinance, checking for clear title. You will receive a Title Report on all outstanding mortgages, liens and judgments recorded against the property and current owner(s)
Two Owner Search
A Two Owner Search is a search that provides the current vesting deed and all deeds leading back to the prior owner's warranty deed (two full value, warranty deeds will usually be included in the search). Also included are copies of any open mortgages and assignments against any owners found, any judgments and liens against those owners, and also tax assessment and current tax information including any delinquencies.

Our Full Title Search is ideal for any real estate transaction where the buyer wants to know about all outstanding liens, mortgages and judgments recorded against the property. Particularly useful for the purchase of bank owned properties, foreclosures or short sales, the Full Search includes copies of all relevant documents such as prior and current owner's deed copies, open mortgage copies, lien copies, judgment copies, foreclosure judgment copies and copies of bankruptcy proceedings. We perform federal, state and municipal lien search and judgments search. In addition to these services we also retrieve foreclosure summaries along with bankruptcy and tax status
